Mexican pottery bank.  He's pretty big so you can save up for a cruise or something special!  He
is handmade so he does have imperfections as these pieces do but nothing serious. 
Mostly though it is very clean and it measures a approx. 9 1/2" X 8" X 5".  There is no plug.
