Description: Mettlach Villeroy and Boch etched technique beer stein. Manufactured in 1890. Designed by Christian Worth - the most famous Mettlach designer. The stein is signed by C.Worth - see pic. depicts a lady with a flower and a cavalier with a beer stein dressed in medieval clothes. This is the very classic stein made by the best beer stein manufacturer and designed by the best artist. Marked with stamped mercury mark and incised tower mark - quite unusual combination.
