Description: Rare Metlox Rooster Jar. This cookie jar is a real beauty. It measures approximately 10" high to the top of the decorative handle & 7" in diameter. It is in near new condition. There is no paint loss, cracks or chips. There is a high gloss finish. The wood lid may have been restained. The bottom of the cookie jar reads: Poppytrail Bu Metlox Made In California. The inside of the cookie jar also has a high gloss finish. There is some factory paint lighter shading on the inside. Nothing major but I want you to know.
