Description: This is one of those difficult to expain items. It is a decorative metal picture frame that has a print of two parrots in the oval center. Applied to the frame on either side of the image are small bunches of painted metal flowers that stand away from the frame. They are purple tulips and wheat sheaths. This is in charming shabby chic condition making it an unusual decorative object. There is paint peeling and several spots on the print where it is slightly torn. This is not for the person that likes perfection but rather for the person that apreciates the charm of a pretty found vintage object.
