Description: This is a beautiful set of vintage metal buttons in with embossed F.D. and a wreath of laurel leaves. The 5 large ones measure about 7/8" in diameter and and the 5 small ones measure 1/2" in diameter. They have shank backs for strong attachment. They are all marked on the back with "Extra Quality". These buttons appear to be silver plated brass. Research indicates that these buttons were made from the 1890's through the 1940's. I am sure that they were made in the USA. All are in excellent condition with no dents or dings.
