Description: Here is a cast iron wrapping paper dispenser used in a mercantile store around the early 1900's. This dispenser is embossed in the cast iron with the NOXALL name and with the 30 inch size. The cast iron supports also support a cast iron cutting bar for tearing off the paper from the 30 inch roll. Brown wrapping paper rolls can be purchased from office supply stores.
