Description:
This is an interesting piece of history for anyone in the military stationed at Fort Bragg. The tie wheel is made by B.F. Gavin Industries, 1049 Southern Avenue, Fayetteville,N.C. TEL 2944. The telephone number tends to date it to the 1940's to 1950's because there is no three numbered prefix and no zip code. There are the initials S.B. in English script. It measures approx. 6 3/8"T. X 6" W. The tie wheel/rack itself is in very good to excellent condition, it's the label that has seen better days. There is a bonus with this, a white polyester tie with the rearing unicorn logo of the Bronzini company. It has a tag on the back with the logo and a tag with:Made Exclusively for The Capitol of Fayetteville with the unicorn. It has Bronzini logo linning fabric. It meaasures approx. 3 3/4" wide by 53" long. It does need a cleaning, it has a couple of spots. I do believe they will come out. The shipping fees quoted are for priority/No insurance in USA only.
