Description: The Beatle’s second album, Meet the Beatles, is filled with infectious charm that is just as fun today. It was an album that topped the charts. Most of the songs were released on the U.K. album which was released two months earlier. Capital chose original tracks from that album and added the contents of a recent U.S. single plus a B-side, John Lennon’s ballad, “This Boy�. This is the first pressing. The ASCAP and BMI credits are missing and the name, Beatles, appears in dark olive brown. The album was produced in Scranton Pa. The LP plays beautifully with a good sound. The sleeve is worn and soiled. Please note: I include postage, insurance and delivery confirmation in the final cost of the item.
