Description:
This unusual oak medicine cabinet was made by the Larkin Co in their factory #2, as noted on the label. It's also dated May 18, 1910. This cabinet features a decorative splash on top, a beveled glass mirror and a cut out door below that frames an open alcove. Below the bottom shelf is a small drawer that swivels out (probably for storing used razor blades). Below this is a small towel bar. The interior has a grouping of different sized areas. While the back is new quartersawn oak, we saved what we could of the original back and used it on the back of the mirror- preserving the original label and date. Definitely one of the more unusual ones we have seen.
