Description: Antique McCoy Yellow Ware Mixing Bowl. c.1920's. For your consideration is an OLD McCoy mixing bowl with the shield mark on bottom and #8. This bowl has crazing, and some edge flaws, (they might be chips or they might be factory irregularities, edges are smooth and no change in color). It also has a crack or firing crack on interior of bowl, edges are smooth on this crack, not sharp. This bowl is 8.25 inches wide and 4.5 inches tall. Displys just fine if up on a shelf. Price is reduced for the flaws, but if you look at the McCoy books on these bowls, they don't look so good either! (and, remember, the pics of the rim edges are closeups, so when the bowl is further away, they really are not very noticeable)
