McCall's Costumes M4624 sewing pattern, size Y Size XS, dated 2004. AS IS ---ONE PATTERN PIECE IS MISSING. The missing piece is a long rectangle piece called "Guide for Neck". The envelope has been opened & the pieces have been cut to a XS. The pieces are factory folded & comes with sewing instructions. One of the pieces was cut to a shorter length but the rest was saved so you can tape it together. Buyer to add an additional $3.50 for USPS 1st class uninsured mail within the USA. Insurance is an additional $1.70. If you prefer faster shipping I can ship USPS priority insured mail within the USA for $7.50. Please let me know your shipping preferences or if you want 1st class with insurance when you order. If you do not state any preferences I will charge you the $3.50 shipping rate (no insurance).
