It is complete with sewing instructions. Envelope reads" Cat, Elephant and Bear: Use chenille to create a stiffed 10" cat, elephant or bear with purchased trims. Buyer to add an additional $3.50 for USPS 1st class uninsured mail within the USA. Insurance is an additional $1.70. If you prefer faster shipping I can ship USPS priority insured mail within the USA for $7.50. Please let me know your preference when you order. If you want 1st class with insurance let me know.
