Description: Blue Dolphin Antiques Presents, A most beautiful vanity, made by the famous furniture makers J&J MEEKS of the 19th century. The beautiful marble top sits on a carved rosewood base. The overall condition is very good, the marble top has some staining from age. The rosewood surface is rich & lustrous. Inside of the drawer is stamped with the name of J&J MEEKS No 14 Vesey Street New York. Measuring 70” high overall x 37” wide x 19” deep. Signed by the maker furniture pieces are not very common to find these days so they present a wonderful solid investment opportunity.
