Description: Early victorian Travelling writing box made of solid mahogany, with decorative brass corners and straps. the top & front have very ornate escutcheons and are made of brass.The interior contains a deep red & gold tooled skiver, pentray and a brass screw top glass inkwells and both sides of the writing surface lift up to reveal spaces underneath for storage.
