Description:
This beautiful mahogany bedside cabinet was crafted in England around 1940. Over the past 60+ years, the mahogany has developed a lovely patina that enriches the wood's lustrous complexion. The copper hardware contrasts beautifully with the mahogany's patina. Square tapered legs provide sturdy support and the cupboard itself contains a generous amount of storage space with (1) drawer and a cabinet with a shelf within it. This cupboard was probably as a bedside piece on either a train or ship because of it's portability. Condition remains very good and the piece has sustained no damage beyond superficial imperfections to the top (pictured above). Otherwise this piece is in great condition and will function wonderfully and grow more beautiful for decades to come--so don't miss your chance to make it a part of your bedroom decor today!
