We were lucky to acquire it from a lovely Private estate in the South of France!This clock has the features that make original antique clocks so desirable! The clock strikes every half and full hour on a old gong.Two minutes after the full hour the clock repeat the chime and this is very special for these clocks!The brass pendulum and frame are beautiful carved with flowers and leaves.In the pendulum there is a mechanism with two children on a seesaw!! The clock is in fine working order and is running on time.The porcelain dial is signed with " Th.Pinot a Chateaumeilland".The clock work has a 8 days movement is driven by two cast iron weights. The dimensions are: Height: 56Inches, Depth:6,5 Inches and Width:14,5 Inches.This original clock dates from the third quarter of the 19th C. (c. 1890). Regarding shipping we will pack the clock in a wooden box so you will receive it without any damage.Because the clock is that big shippingscosts to the U.S.A. are 120 $ US.
