Description: We offer a pair of splendid Sevres pattern hand-painted covered urns, with gilt metal bases, handles and filials. Each urn is a rich green colour. To the front of each there are pictures of lovers that are hand painted. There are also gold decorations on both urns. To the base of each there is a metal plaque with the word "France"inscvribed on each.I note that there is a space for a cord and these probably could easily be converted to lamps by removing the filial to the top. We note that one urn is slightly shinier than the other, and it is possible that one vase has had a layer of applied laquer.
