Description: A nice weight to this long chain. The links are slightly larger than most I have seen, and have a nice dark patina. The slide is probably 9kt gold, and is an oval with engraved top edge. It has been bent to stop it from sliding freely where the thin "membrane" closes to make the slide stay in place in the middle. The swivel for attaching your watch is gold filled, and is marked "Y & S." There is a texturized design on each link, and overall, this antique watch chain is probably guilded brass and is still quite beautiful. The chain is aprox. 50" and the slide is aprox. 3/8" by 1/4".
