Description: RARE AND GORGEOUS MATCHED SEVEN PIECE HAND PAINTED ARTIST SIGNED LIMOGES DRESSER SET. THIS IS A STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL EARLY SET THAT IS DECORATED WITH LOVELY BLUE FORGET ME NOTS. EACH PIECE IS MARKED WITH THE INITIALS OF THE ARTIST (F.L.H.)AND IS IN EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD CONDITION. WILLIAM GUERIN MARK #2 IN GREEN UNDERGLAZE ON PIECES WHICH ARE MARKED DATES THE SET TO THE PERIOD 1891-1900. THIS IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF THE HAND PAINTED ERA WHICH ROUGHLY SPANNED THE PERIOD 1890-1915 AND TO FIND A COMPLETE SET IN PRISTINE CONDITION IS RARE. DRESSER TRAY MEASURES 9.75" BY 7.25". NO CHIPS CRACKS OR REPAIRS. SET INCLUDES TRAY, TALCUM POWDER SHAKER, HAIR RECEIVER (AUSTRIAN MARK), PIN TRAY, TWO TRINKET BOXES AND COVERED JAR. WILL LOOK UNBELIEVABLY BEAUTIFUL ON DISPLAY!
