Description: Old carved wood lime box - cylinder with foot and lid, decorated with a tight pattern of dots shaped into sort of geometric hearts. The lid is a carved head with a collar. Box measures 15.5 cm high and 5.2 cm diameter (about 6 inches by 2 inches). (Lime boxes were used in mostly South East Asia, as lime is an ingredient used in betel nut chewing). Very good condition.
