Description: Leonard Pewter Tankard. Pewter mug/tankard with glass bottom that is marked on the pewter surrounding the glass: Leonard, (in script), Eales of Sheffield since 1779, English Pewter, Made in England. This mug is 4.75 high x 3.25 wide at top rim, and 4.25 wide at bottom rim. It is in average condition for pewter, some dings, scratches, dark patina. Not sure how old this mug is but it looks like it is fairly old, and that it was used! It is fine to supplement an existing collection or to start collection with, you won't notice the little flaws when it is amongst all your other pewter items!
