Description: This lovely figurine of a girl holding a flower basket is marked; Lefton China/Hand Painted in brown lettering, the coloring and detail is so exquisitely done. George Zoltan Lefton migrated to the U.S. from Hungary in 1939, he started a new career in 1941 shaping a business that sprang from his passion of collecting fine china, and soon became known as The China King. This figurine is from a set of 4, I have the other 3 for sale on this site, please see item #lfton01-#lfton02-lfton03. Price quoted is for each figurine. It measures 4 inches tall with a 2 inch base and has a finger missing on her right hand which is why it is priced accordingly. I usually don't list broken items but this was a set of 4.
