Description: This Murano art glass vase still has it's original label that is marked: Lavorazione T Murano/Made in Italy and looks artist signed on the bottom. With a beautiful blending of iridescent colors, pink and blue, the base of the vase is clear.
Murano is an island lying on the edge of the Adriatic Sea in the lagoon of Venice. In the 100 years between 1860 and 1960 the glass producing firms located on Murano rose to world leadership in the production of decorative glass objects.
In very good + condition it measures 6 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches wide. Makes a beautiful showing on any table and an addition to any Lavorazione Murano Art Glass Collection.
