Large Vintage Modern Tole Painted Metal Lamp Mid-20th C
Description: Large Vintage Modern Tole Painted Metal Lamp. Mid-20th C. The surface of the tall urn form metal lamp is painted an orange/ocher color and fitted with a single socket with harp and painted wood ball finial. The lamp is not signed/marked. Dimensions: Full Lamp (to top of finial): 45-3/4" High, 7" Diameter. Lamp Base (to top of urn): 22" High. Total Weight: 7.25lbs. Condition: The cord has been cut and the lamp will need to be re-wired. There are a number of small chips/losses to the paint along the surface and edges of the tole urn and base/stand. There is a band of yellow paint around the middle section of the urn (shoulder) which appears to be covering an area of chipping/los to the ocher paint. There is some dirt/dust to the surface. There is some rubbing/wear and oxidation to the surface of the brass mounts/fixture. Otherwise, the lamp is in good condition.
