Description: Power & Hanmer trade under the P&H Brand and were large scale makers of brass and metal products in the late 1800's-early 1900's. The company was based in Birmingham, England....uncertain if they are still in business. The is large old car horn measures 17" in length and the rubber bulb is in truly great shape with no sign of perishing. The horn makes a HUGE HONK !
