An Unusual, Antique Sterling Silver Covered Hot Milk Jug, In The Rare To Find Paul de Lamerie Pattern. Made In London England And Dated 1856. Can Also Be Used As A Syrup Jug, Or For Anything Hot Or Cold, As It Has The Insulated Handle. There Is A Beautiful Hand Engraved Wedding Presentation On The Base, "To Liuet. Coll. Biddulph And The Hon. Mary Seymour On Their Marriage, From The Members Of The Queen's And Prince's Households 1857". Colonel Biddulph Was Supposedly An Ancestor Of The Writer A.J.Kronin, And This Item Was Presented To The Colonel By Queen Victoria & Prince Albert's Staff At Buckingham Palace. This Is One Of A Selection Of Items That We Purchased From The Cronin Estate. The Paul de lamerie Pattern Was The Pattern Of The Personal Set Used By Franklin & Eleanor Roosevelt At Val-Kill Farms, Hyde Park, New York. .. SOLD..
