Description: Here's a country primitive item that isn't seen that often - a large pantry box bottom in red paint. It is missing its lid. I would image this would have stored grain or sugar or flour at one time. What's neat about it is that someone took the time to repair the bottom by cutting a piece of wood to fit where there might have been some damage at one time. It's nicely done. This pantry box has plenty of uses- center piece on a table, guest towels, etc...use your imagination. If you like old country primitives and country in paint, here's a nice piece.
