Description: Here's a wonderful piece of advertising from the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, aka A & P. It's a die cut showing two cats, the boy cat is trying to kiss the girl cat. She's saying "Don't Tommy, Don't." The back side of the die cut tells about the teas and coffees of the company as well as the locations of all their stores. Colors are bright and the image is graphic. There is light staining on the back and the easel is missing. Wouldn't this look nice matted and framed? If you collect advertising A & P memorabilia or early cat images, here's a nice one for that collection!
