Description:
The sauce boat has an oval shaped form and a reeded and shell dcoration to the border. It has a C scroll acanthus decorated handle and is supported by an oval colet foot. The sauceboat is a very good gauge of silver and is very good quality. Reflections in photography suggest an uneven colour but this is not the case.
Length: 23cm (9.25”), height to top of handle: 14.5cm (5.4”), depth: 11cm (4.4”), weight: 15 troy oz.
Made in London in 1931. Alternative images and further information availble on request
