Description: Here is a Victorian jelly mold with a rose motif and repousse work sides in a gothic arch pattern. These circa 1890 jelly molds are getting to be increasingly difficult to find and are a true collectible. This specimen is in very good condition and presents very well. The exterior of the mold has a pleasing, rust free patina with the base of the mold having a dark pewter coloration. The rose at the top of the mold still retains all of its bright tin finish. This specimen has a height of 5 ¼” with dimensions for the oval shaped body being 7” x 5 ½”.
