Description:
This is a neat vintage Adams, Tunstall England sugar bowl in dark blue jasper or jasperware dip with an EPNS lid with built in sugar tongs dating to the 1930s. The sugar bowl with tongs is 4 inches high by 4 inches in diameter and features classical designs in white applied jasperware. The sugar boel EPNS lid is marked WL and C and is in tight working condition. The jasper body is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. These sugar bowls with incorporated tongs are very seldom seen and this one is a beautiful as well as novel and useful item for the tea table.
