Japanese Lusterware Hand Painted Tea Set This hand painted" Luster Ware" tea set consist of 6 ea, cups with saucers, 6 ea, dessert plates, 1 ea, creamer and sugar and the tea pot. All the pieces are regular size and the tea pot will hold approximately 4 cups of tea. Markings: All of the pieces of the set except the cups contain a trademark consisting of a pagoda. Above the Pagoda is written the word "Goldcastle". Below the Pagoda is written, " Hand painted, Chikusa, Made in Japan". Condition: "Excellent" The set is complete without any of the pieces being chips, nicks, or cracked, and the decoration is very bright and is not worn, scratched or faded.
