Japanese Gilt-Blue Porcelain Dish-Hawthorn Tree-Meiji
Description: Porcelain Dish with Gilt Blue Hawthorn Tree and Blossoming Flowers on White Ground, Made in Meiji Period (1868-1912) in Japan. The dish is circular with scalloped rim. The central scene is of a hawthorn tree and blossoming flowers painted in blue with red, green, and gilt highlights. The rim interior is decorated with a gilt-blue geometric band. On the underside is blue scrollwork.

A pretty addition to the plate rack. Dimensions: 1-1/2" High, 8-3/4" Diameter. Weight: 1 lb. Condition: There is a little light tarnishing and surface wear. Otherwise fine.
