Description: What a strange old brooch in the shape of a salt spoon that has what looks like a cherub holding crossbones with a snake head instead of a skull. At least that is what it looks like on this end. The brooch is 2 ¾" long and is heavy sterling marked ITALY on the back. In great shape.
