Italian Maiolica Pot-Modern Mediterranean Majolica
Description: Maiolica Pot with Crimped Rim and Primitive-Style Decoration, Made in Italy in Second Half of 20C. The pot is circular with a circular foot and crimped rim. It is decorated with painted caveman-style stick figures on white ground. On the underside is painted in black "Italy" and indecipherable number. Dimensions: 6-1/4" High, 5-1/2" Diameter. Weight: 2 lbs. Condition: Light crazing and a few dings and scuffs. Needs to be cleaned. Otherwise very good.
