Description: A modern Italian dish - handpainted in lovely pinks and greens, with a large embossed tomato design. Maker’s mark: "Ceramiche Leonardo. Made in Italy." Also impressed mark "7892 made in Italy". Measures 23cm diameter (9 inches) and stands 5.25cm high (2.18 inches). Excellent condition. Not old, but very decorative. We have six plates of various designs, all vegetable or fruit, all about the same age and from Italy, which have come to us as part of a clearance. Not antiques, but they make a great display.
