Description: This is a good used adjustable expansive bit with both cutter inserts. This is the graduated cutter model, with inch graduations to set the adjustable cutter to the size needed (cutter slides in a track into desired position, where it can be locked down with a set screw). The range on this one is from 1-3" diameter. It is marked on the shank "IRWIN NO. 2 US OF A". It all in very good used condition, sharp and ready to use.
