Description:
Here is a great Irvinware barware set. It has never left it's box. The box reads Irvinware 11480 The Ultimate for Home Entertaining
Barware IRVINWARE Long Island City,N.Y. 11101 Made and Printed in the U.S.A. I think the photograph is from the 1970's and there is no barcode on the box, but there is a zipcode. So, I'd place this set after 1963. The set includes: a bartender's recipe cocktail shaker, a strainer and a long handle stirer spoon. The recipes include, Manhattan,Tom Collins, Bacardi, Whiskey Sour, Gibson, Martini and Daiquiri. There are also measurements by the ounce. The correct glass is pictured above the recipe. The printing and graphics are in shiny black. I lifted it part way out of the box to check for a maker's mark on the glassware. There is the Federal Glass F in a shield logo on the bottom of the 5 3/4" tall shaker.
