Description: Inverted Fan and Feather spittoon whimsey, 4.625" high, 3.625" top flare, blue opalescent glass. A few trivial rough spots on the mold seams, and some bits of white ash in the glass, as made. By either the Northwood or the Dugan glass company, circa 1899-1906. Pretty!
