It gives peoples names and their injury and how much money they received. Helen Warren got struck by a board, Hiram Swayze hurt on job, Solomon Buidnitzky had heart condition, Otto Loo had an accident and the list goes on mentioning the clients from Michigan. It pictures those clients as well as Edith M Roberts, Rose L Burns, John B. Bartz, P.H. Roberts, Elmer E. Hartel, Mildred M Carey, Edward L Green, Joyce Cousins, John Henderson and Harry L Church. It comes with the original envelope and cards for mailing back to ask for policy. There is foxing from age, otherwise excellent, aprox 18 x 24 inches. The pictures will have the bends from the envelope, but it can be framed or presses as it is in excellent condition.
