Description: This 1920's - 1930's ceremonial Sioux Indian women's breastplate is made of beads, sequins and tinsel on a velvet background. There is a red cloth backing to this item. Good condition with some scuffing and minor bead loss(loose beads on strands of thread on fringe). I bought this at a Midwest antique shop.
