Description:
Fabulous condition!! I would say MINT were it not for the odd small rust spots. These quite commonly seen bookends still retain the original lacquer coating applied by the US manufacturer. That explains the perfect copper finish covering the iron they are made of. Most pairs I have come across over the years & there have been many, were rusty or crudely over-painted. Here is your chance to obtain an exquisite pair!....Please enlarge my photos for a closer look....To view MORE BOOKENDS or Native American objects incl. IROQUOIS BEADWORK & BIRCH BARK please just click on the "VIEW THIS DEALER'S OTHER ITEMS" button on the left, then type in the search box. Canadians will pay applicable taxes....Insured & tracked shipping to addresses in North America should be $25 approx.
