Description: Truly an incredible piece of enamel. Stunningly Art Nouveau like a Mucha in the most beautiful of colors. Just such a shimmering jewel you'll have a hard time catching your breath when looking at it. The enamels are thick and lustrous with a depth and heaviness the camera can't catch. A highlight of any collection anywhere on earth. Circa 1900. Condition is very good for the fragile nature of the piece with just a bit of enamel missing on the back where the box attachs to the lower section see last pic. Incredible piece that will be the envy of all viewers. Stunning! Signed Dorval or Borval perhaps DORVAL-DGLISE, Jacques (1860-?) a listed artist. Good sized at 5.5" across and quite heavy.
