This impressive bowl has an oval shaped form onto a plain pedestal with an oval spreading domed foot. The bowl has has a plain well with a pierced and embossed foliate decorated border incorporating four oval Art Nouveau style vacant cartouche. This bowl is a very good gauge of silver, very good quality and in excellent condition. Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the rim are all very clear. Reflections in photography may detract from the true representation of this item. Length 33cm/13", Depth 23.2cm/8.75", Height to rim 17.7cm/7", Weight 16 troy ounces/498g.
