2 Hutschenreuther Gilt Porcelain Platter Trays 1920s
Description: Set: 2 Hutschenreuther Gilt German Porcelain Serving Platters/Trays, Early 20th C. (C.1920s) Germany. Includes: 1 large and 1 small serving trays. The rectangular trays feature narrow pink, green and black transfer printed floral/rose band borders with gilt edges on a white ground. The bases are marked with printed green "JHR" and "Hutschenreuther Selb" marks and painted pattern/shape numbers "26351" and "28". These pieces are part of a large dinner service we are currently offering on eBay. Please visit our eBay store to view the other pieces in this set. Dimensions: Large Tray: 18-1/2" Long, 12-3/8" Wide, 1-3/4" Deep. Small Tray: 14-1/4" Long, 9-1/2" Wide, 1-1/4" Deep. Total Weight: 9lbs. Condition: There is some normal rubbing/wear to the gilt borders/rims (with extra wear along the inside border on the small tray) with some light/minor scratching and minor glaze imperfections to the surface of the porcelain. There is some minor dirt/shelf-wear to the underside of each base rim. Otherwise, the trays are in good condition.
