Description: Celestial map (Plate II) from Elijah H. Burritt's Atlas Designed to Illustrate the Geography of the Heavens,engraved by W. G. Evans and published by F, J. Huntington, Hartford, Connecticut, in 1835. Major constellations shown on this chart are Pegasus, Andromeda, Aries,and Aquarius. The color is very good. There is some discoloration and damage around the outer border, generally not reaching into the engraving itself.
