This latest edition of the Blue Book has been edited again by John Wade, well-known for his books and articles on collectible cameras. In the last edition, John added new cameras from the post-1945 period. For this edition, he delves back further and introduces many more with never-seen-before pictures on cameras from the first half of the 20th Century.
The camera directory is larger, as is the general information section of the book. Here, you will now find much more useful data for collectors, including a brand new section about collecting on the internet, complete with a list of useful web sites for collectors.
Also, for the first time, there is a section on the growing trend in cine camera collecting, with its own mini-directory, as well as such useful data as, market trends, camera restoration, ways to date collectable cameras, importance of landmark cameras, details of museums and clubs for the collector.
