Description: Large interior door in jamb with original Norwalk hardware removed from Providence Hall located on the historic Saint Mary of the Woods campus near Terre Haute, IN. These doors were removed from the second and third floor of Providence Hall in October of 2009 prior to a massive remodel to update the aging facility. These were interior doors that led to the modest 11'x13' living quarters of the nuns. Each Pine door retains the original finish, black porcelain knobs, cast brass rosettes, cast iron steeple pin hinges, and cast brass keyhole covers produced by the Norwalk Hardware Co.
