Description: Hickory Wood Occasional Table is 24" high. Diameter of top of table is 26" X 13.75". The western style is incorporated into the designed of the table. The bark from the hickory tree is included in the design of the legs of this table. The legs, at floor level, extend approximately 1 1/2" beyond the table top. Hickory Furniture was featured in the Oct. 2002 issue of "Antique Trader's Collector" magazine. This furniture is considered to be part of the "Arts and Craft Movement" of which this table is a very beautiful example. Hickory wood is very hard making it almost impossible to scratch or dent the finish. Markings: "Old Hickory Martinsville Indiana". Pristine condition.
