It will comfortably seat 12 people comfortably. This mahogany table is truly a work of art. Perfectly matched swirls of crotched mahogany make up the center of the top and leaves. The table is finished in a medium satin finish. Two beautifully carved heavy bird cage pedestals that terminate in antiqued brass paw feet support the table. Please read our feedback on the tables we have sold! This never before used dining table is part of our inventory of floor samples and over produced furniture. There is some slight imperfections from time to time on some pieces. If we didn't tell you this, you probably would not know. That is why this table is $2,895 and not $10,000. This is barely visible. This table's top finish is near to perfection. You can see the beautiful grain of the crotched mahogany unlike the painted on veneers you find in low quality furniture that costs you just as much! There may be tiny surface scratches from people walking by and touching the table as they admire it. You will have to look hard to find any problem. There may be very minor scratches or dings on the apron or pedestals. If you find absolutely nothing wrong with the table, we will charge you more. There may be replacement parts on this table. There are no structural defects and this is probably the finest table you can ever buy for the money.This table is slightly darker than the picture. If you look at the center of the full length photo that is probably closest to its actual tone. We do have 3 styles fine chairs available with this table.
